We welcome applications from all youth string players from across the south west. Our venues in Totnes, Colyton, Exeter and Plymouth ensure that there is easy access to join an ensemble near you.
If you want to join us, come along and have a free taster session in an ensemble suitable for your level of playing. Please click on our “what’s on” section for a full list of rehearsals and venues.
Cameratinis
• Players of grades 1-3, or approximate level of repertoire.
• Rehearses at Exeter School, from 5pm until 6pm, every other Wednesday
Tutti
• Players of grades 3-6, or approximate level of repertoire.
• Rehearses at Exeter School, from 6pm until 7pm, every other Wednesday
• Rehearses at the Steiner School from 5pm until 6pm every Monday
• Rehearses at Colyton Grammar School from 4pm until 5pm every other Monday
South West Camerata
• Players of grades 6-8+, or approximate level of repertoire
• Rehearses at Exeter School, from 7pm until 9pm, every other Wednesday
Concertante Ensemble
• Players of grade 8+ and guest instrumentalists
• Rehearses at Exeter School, as required

Once you’ve had a taster session and you've decided that you want to join in, please  complete the application and medical forms(available when you have a taster session) and bring them along to your first official session with us. Happy playing :)
